According to some studies, the juice of this fruit prevent heart attack and a few serious illness. Also the pomegranate gives protection against Alzheimer.

Advice for a fresh summer!

SUMMER MENU

Because of summer’s hot temperature, Italians use to eat less and mostly  fresh dishes.
In the Italian cuisine we can found theese type of food :

                  
                        ALICI MARINATE :
                     alici or acciughe is a type
of fish prepared with oil, lemon or vinegard
and  free choice of herbs and spices.
You can join to a thin piece of bread heated.
An excellent dish for who loves fish and rich in precious essential substances for good health.


    
 HAM AND MELON :
A fresh summer fruit added to a true salty cold cut that make an irresistible harmonize taste!  Then, this dish contains  the recommended daily intake of vitamins and proteins.


                                       
ANGURIA or COCOMERO :
If you are thirsty you can eat a big slice of watermelon.
Rich in vitamins it helps you to feel better in the hot summer days.
It’s also a “finger food” : in some city you can buy it along street!


                                                   
SORBETTO AL LIMONE:  
A refreshing dessert:  making you feel less hot.
A drink based on lemon juice.

1.The choice of ingredients
The ingredients in Wellness Kitchen ® are typical of Mediterranean cuisine: fruit, vegetables, legumes, cereals, fish, nuts, spices, herbs, extra virgin olive oil.
