Why we have to choose the risto-wellness?

Hasty breakfast, too much coffee, too many sandwiches rich of calories, and in the end we are not satiated but swollen. Yet it would be enough just a little 'good will to enhance our day and eat without making the usual mistakes. The secret is always the same: do not be caught unprepared by the enemy (hunger)!
Programming at the table a proper diet has many benefits: those who eat light food, without too much fat, make it more about the work and feel less sluggish, limiting attacks of sleepiness, as well as the advantages "usual'' which involves eating well (the outer appearance to health).
How to eat properly? (fruits, vegetables, protein, low fat, carbohydrates in the right size). As always eat protein with carbohydrates, to stabilize the level of sugar in the blood? How to consume several servings of fruits and vegetables a day, drink plenty of water, not to exceed with the simple sugars ... How? The idea of this particular part of the catering imperative need to answer these questions.
We do not propose as a low-fat diet. We're getting married the philosophy of wellness and healthy eating, which only incidentally, and not always, you can lose yourself in a diet food. We are proponents of "eating is a necessity and often a pleasure, eating well is an art!"

Shoe Zone

My work experience I did in the store Shoe Zone of Hammersmith. The shop area was composed of the Head, that is, the director and assistant, and once every two days or so were the clerks to help them.
The store sells shoes and inside was set up so you can turn watching every type of shoes sold.

This is the store from outside!

To stay healthy we should do physical activity..
and how if not with the shoes of shop Shoe Zone?
The store is also used as the sale of comfortable shoes for long walks or runs.

I did my internship in a clothing and toys store for children. Although it was not relevant to my area (reception), it was an experience that formed me. Inside the store i have been followed by qualified staff that helped me to carry the function of shop assistant. This experience helped me with the English language and i've seen how you work in another country!

CASSIS bistro

Delicious Tacos

 Double Decker Tacos

Double decker tacos
Here's what you need to make these delicious Double Decker Tacos:
Corn or flour tortillas, hot
Hard taco shells
Refried beans, warmed
Ground beef
Taco seasoning
Sour cream
Lettuce, shredded or finely chopped
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Tomatoes, diced
Lightly cook some corn tortillas on a griddle or in a heavy skillet. (Easy, frugal, and YUM!) Or, use taco-sized flour tortillas, warmed.
Cook some dried pinto beans. Drain, add salt and hot sauce, and mash. Or make some authentic refried beans. Or open a can of refried beans.
Fry some ground beef with onions and season using my taco salad recipe, or your favorite taco seasonings (just DON'T leave out cumin!) or a seasoning packet.
Assemble Double Decker tacos by spreading a thin layer of refried beans over a corn tortilla. Place hard taco shell on tortilla and wrap so beans are between the tortilla and the taco shell.
Layer in taco the seasoned ground beef, sour cream, lettuce, shredded cheese, and diced tomato. Enjoy! :)
