Hasty breakfast, too much coffee, too many sandwiches rich of calories, and in
the end we are not satiated but swollen. Yet it would be enough just a little
'good will to enhance our day and eat without making the usual mistakes. The
secret is always the same: do not be caught unprepared by the enemy (hunger)!
Programming at the table a proper diet has many benefits: those who eat light food,
without too much fat, make it more about the work and feel less sluggish,
limiting attacks of sleepiness, as well as the advantages "usual'' which
involves eating well (the outer appearance to health).
How to eat properly?
(fruits, vegetables, protein, low fat, carbohydrates in the right size). As
always eat protein with carbohydrates, to stabilize the level of sugar in the
blood? How to consume several servings of fruits and vegetables a day, drink
plenty of water, not to exceed with the simple sugars ... How? The idea of
this particular part of the catering imperative need to answer these
questions.
We do not propose as a low-fat diet. We're getting married the
philosophy of wellness and healthy eating, which only incidentally, and not
always, you can lose yourself in a diet food. We are proponents of "eating is a
necessity and often a pleasure, eating well is an art!"
